Job Summary:
Join our dedicated Compliance and Integrity team as a Compliance Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and coordination of compliance programs and policies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners, contributing to the day-to-day compliance activities that uphold our commitment to integrity and excellence. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. Your efforts will help maintain compliance with laws and regulations, making a significant impact on our organization and the communities we serve.
In this role, you will assist in monitoring compliance-related activities, develop mitigation strategies, and support the training and awareness of compliance requirements among new employees. Your analytical skills will be essential in investigating and responding to compliance concerns, ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep abreast of laws, regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices, including HIPAA and CFR Part 2, and assist in managing compliance documentation.
• Monitor and trend regional compliance activities, collaborating with Directors of Compliance to develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Work with the compliance team to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and initiatives, including assisting with committee minutes and policy management.
• Support new employees in understanding compliance program requirements and ensure timely completion of compliance training.
• Investigate and respond to hotline calls, complaints, and reports of misconduct, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
• Assist in developing and distributing compliance surveys, collecting and analyzing response data.
• Provide support for internal communications and follow-ups as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services preferred.
• Experience in healthcare-related compliance preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mediate and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
