**Our client, a leader in financial compliance and risk management, is seeking a Compliance Specialist/** **Criminal Justice Analyst** **to join their dedicated team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Financial Intelligence Unit supporting global financial crimes investigations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.** **Job Title: Criminal Justice Analyst** **Location:** **Remote (Must be local to Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL for potential hybrid schedule)** **Duration:** **6 months (possibility of extension or conversion)** **Start Date:** **Tentatively March 2, 2026** **Position Overview:** **We are seeking motivated individuals with a background in Criminal Justice to join our team as Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity for** **active Criminal Justice college students (3rd year or higher)** **or** **recent graduates** **to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. While prior experience is not required, relevant coursework will be considered.** **Key Details:** **Work Arrangement:** **Remote to start** **Must be local to** **Phoenix, AZ** **or** **Sunrise, FL** **for potential hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week if mandated)** **Training:** **Conducted virtually via Webex** **Schedule:** **8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST (Arizona)** **for the first week** **Slight flexibility in schedule after training** **Start Date:** **Tentatively** **March 2, 2026** **Duration:** **6 months with potential for extension or conversion** **Time Off:** **Any requests within the first month must be communicated prior to onboarding** **Requirements:** **Reliable high-speed internet** **Secure and quiet workspace** **Responsibilities:** **Review and analyze case-related data** **Ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines** **Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation** **Collaborate with internal teams to support investigations and case management** **Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity** **Qualifications:** **Currently enrolled in a Criminal Justice program (junior year or higher) OR recent graduate** **Strong attention to detail and analytical skills** **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** **Ability to work independently in a remote environment** **Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite** **Additional Notes:** **While remote work is the current arrangement,** **onsite presence may be required periodically** **(non-optional).
