We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Compliance Specialist to join our team and support our client in Lexington, KY. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter contract and billing details into Word and Excel templates.Review source documents for billing terms and effective dates prior to data entry.Record billing cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) in designated spreadsheets.Maintain organized files and compliance logs for audit readiness.Verify accuracy of entered data against original documents.Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are complete and accessible.Essential SkillsStrong compliance knowledgeExperience in banking and data entryQuality assurance and invoicing proficiencyUnderstanding of audit and regulatory complianceContract review and clerical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in data entry, compliance, billing, administrative support, or customer serviceExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow structured processes and maintain confidentialityStrong organizational skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
