Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join our team, supporting our client in Lexington, KY. This role involves meticulous handling of contract and billing details to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
+ Enter contract and billing details accurately into Word or Excel templates.
+ Review source documents for billing terms and effective dates before inputting data.
+ Record billing cadence (weekly or bi-weekly) in designated spreadsheets.
+ Maintain organized files and compliance logs for audit readiness.
+ Verify accuracy of entered data against original documents.
+ Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are complete and accessible.
Essential Skills
+ Compliance expertise
+ Experience in banking and data entry
+ Quality assurance proficiency
+ Invoicing knowledge
+ Audit and regulatory compliance understanding
+ Contract review skills
+ Clerical skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 6 months experience in data entry, compliance, billing, administrative support, customer service
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, formatting, and sorting
+ Ability to follow structured processes and maintain confidentiality
+ Good organizational skills

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
