Position Responsibilities: Program Administrator for Annual Compliance Trainings across RBG – administer all aspects from communication, scheduling, planning, session content, advance question gathering and onsite execution. The Compliance Department hosts 12 seminars annually across RBG Plan and execute in-person Bi-Annual Compliance Lead Conference in Chicago for all RBG Compliance Leads Administer the Compliance Lead Program – ensure that compliance leads understand expectations of the role and responsibilities and consistently administer Compliance training for the Sales and Marketing Teams on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Schedule virtual updates with Compliance Leads. Manage communication and materials to update the group as legislation/policies fluctuate Update all resource information after each training in conjunction with Training Department (Career connect materials, dos/don’ts, FAQ’s, compliance videos, and beer vs spirits chart). Work closely with the Instructional Design Team to update and improve the experience for the attendee Serve as liaison between business unit leads and Legal/Compliance prioritizing incoming technical assistance calls from Business Units and compliance leads Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or a Paralegal Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Juris Doctorate Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
