For 19/hr youll be responsible for reviewing each applicants background and drug test authorization forms, along with supporting documentation, to ensure they are complete, accurate, and usable as per vendor and FCRA regulations. If any documents are missing, inaccurate, or unusable, youll need to obtain the correct ones from the appropriate Operations Manager. Youll also place orders for background checks and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) using the appropriate vendor website, and renew annual background checks and MVRs for all contract carriers and their driver/helper employees. Additionally, youll review the results of these background checks, MVRs, and drug tests to determine pass/fail scores based on insurance vendor criteria and the companys criminal background check matrix for contract carriers. Finally, youll communicate the results to the appropriate Operations Manager via the Contractlogix program.
