Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join BCG’s Global Compliance team within the Compliance Excellence function.
This role supports the effective coordination and operation of BCG’s Global Risk & Compliance Node Network—a critical part of the firm’s risk management strategy that connects Senior Leaders across regions and practice areas to deliver timely, tailored compliance oversight. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the network by managing communications, organizing leadership forums, and facilitating smooth information flow.
In addition, the role contributes to broader Compliance priorities by:
Leading and supporting global compliance campaigns and special projects.Analyzing compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and preparing high-quality reports and insights for senior leadership.Managing governance and operational tools, including shared platforms and data repositories.Role Impact

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Global Risk & Compliance Network ManagementContribute to the effective running of BCG’s Global Risk & Compliance Network:Plan, organize and execute monthly meetings and ad hoc roundtables with BCG’s Risk and Compliance MDP network (i.e., scheduling global calls, preparing meeting agenda and materials, coordinating room bookings and tracking meeting follow ups).Create clear and concise communications, presentations and ad hoc content for Executive audience and Senior Leadership.Plan, organise and coordinate the Risk & Compliance roundtables at the Worldwide Wide Officers Meet twice a year.Maintain Node Job Descriptions, Node Org Charts, Email distribution lists on an ongoing basis.Be the operational liaison between Global Risk Leadership team, Compliance Excellence, Compliance Subject Matter Experts and Regional Compliance teams to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of information between all stakeholders.Compliance Program and Operating Model Oversee governance and operational tasks, including maintaining structure charts, shared drives, and SharePoint sites.Analyze compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decision-making across the function.Provide timely support to the Compliance team by managing queries from the Global Compliance mailbox.Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports and insights for senior leadership.Special Projects and Global Compliance CampaignsContribute to large-scale compliance campaigns and special projects led by Compliance Excellence, including:Coordinating project execution from initiation to completionDeveloping timelines and setting key milestonesMonitoring progress and managing resourcesResolving issues to ensure successful deliveryStakeholder EngagementThe successful candidate will be adept at maintaining strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, including:Global Risk, Compliance Subject Matter Experts and Regional Compliance teams.The Risk and Compliance Network.Other Global Service functions and Business Support teams, such as Legal and Finance.YOU’RE GOOD AT
Comfortable operating in a “start-up mode” environment—navigating ambiguity, aligning multiple stakeholders, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.Skilled at orchestrating complex agendas and navigating matrixed organizations, with the ability to quickly understand and connect workstreams to provide informed guidance based on how BCG operates.Skilled in crafting clear, compelling narratives and presentations, both written and verbal, with strong storylining and communication abilities to support senior leadership decision-making.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and generate insightful reports.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Fluent business English (spoken and written); additional languages desirable.What You'll Bring
An academic degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field is essential.Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are highly desirable.Minimum 4 years relevant experience in compliance/ or other risk management discipline such as audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis within a financial/ banking institution, professional services or consulting firm.Strong knowledge and ‘know-how’ of compliance topics such as, but not limited to, bribery and corruption, insider trading, conflicts of interest, third party risk and information management.Advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word), Trello, exposure to business intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI.Strong organizational, time and project management, driving tasks to completion.A genuine intellectual curiosity to understand BCG’s scope of activity in the market.Commitment to confidentiality required.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
