For more than 30 years, CAT Financial, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., had been providing financial service excellence to CAT customers. The company offers a wide range of financing alternatives to customers and CAT dealers for CAT machinery and engines, Solar gas turbines and other equipment in marine vessels.

Role Definition

Ensure compliance with the enterprise and business division's ethical standards, policies & procedures, applicable laws & regulations, and examines any non-compliance issues, including the evaluation and examination of the adequacy of internal controls

What You Will Do

Reporting and collaborating with AML authorities.Participating in internal/external audits covering AML and compliance-related matters.Coordinating and supporting compliance risks, including National Bank of Romania (NBR) financial service regulations.Implementing necessary compliance processes and procedures.Maintaining documentation as required by corporate policies or other regulatory authorities.Supporting the timely and accurate execution and filing of all compliance and related reports.Facilitating communication and training for the local compliance program as needed.Monitoring regulatory safety checks and health checks and liaising with external vendors.Implementing compliance controls and monitoring the performance of compliance processes.Handling other administrative tasks.

What Will Put You Ahead

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar roleFluency in Romanian language, both written and verbalAdvanced English skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of EU AML and GDPR regulationsUnderstanding of risk management, financial reporting, audit proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and a self-driven attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and cultivate relationships across all levels of the organization
