Compliance - Registration Renewals Specialist
Qualifications + 1–3 years of experience in mailroom, logistics, warehouse, or office support + Comfortable handling multiple tasks and changing priorities + Strong organizational and communication skills + Experience with shipping vendors (FedEx, UPS, etc.) preferred + Ability to lift packages and move materials as needed Hours: Monday through Friday- 8am to 4:30pm fully onsite Overview We are seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to support daily office and site operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. This role ensures materials, documents, and shipments are received, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities 1. Mail & Package Handling + Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages + Prepare and send outgoing shipments (mail, packages, courier) + Coordinate urgent deliveries and pickups 2. Vendor & Delivery Coordination + Communicate with delivery vendors (FedEx, UPS, local couriers) + Track shipments and resolve delivery issues + Arrange pickups or coordinate delivery schedules as needed 3. Inventory & Supply Support + Monitor office and site supply levels (tools, materials, consumables) + Assist with ordering and restocking supplies + Help ensure items are available when needed 4. Tracking & Documentation + Maintain logs of incoming/outgoing packages + Track deliveries and confirm accuracy of shipments + Keep records of receipts and shipping documentation 5. Site & Team Support + Work with office staff and field teams to coordinate deliveries + Support urgent requests and same-day needs + Communicate effectively to prioritize tasks Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
