Compliance & Quality Manager

IQVIA are delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly reputable organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager. This is a key, high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of compliance and quality across the business, working closely with pharmaceutical clients and healthcare provider accounts in a highly regulated environment.
The Role
As Compliance Manager, you will lead on ensuring the organisation operates in line with all regulatory requirements, while embedding a strong culture of compliance and quality across both internal teams and external client partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and quality standardsEnsuring adherence to GxP and wider regulatory and governance frameworksActing as the go-to expert for all compliance matters across the business and client accountsSupporting and advising on compliance requirements across pharma clients and healthcare providersLeading audits, risk assessments, and monitoring activitiesManaging investigations and driving corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)Owning documentation and ensuring SOPs are maintained, up to date, and adhered toDelivering training to promote compliance awareness across the businessKeeping up to date with regulatory changes and driving continuous improvementAbout You
We are looking for a compliance professional who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
You will have:
Proven GxP experience – this is non-negotiableExperience working with pharmaceutical clients and healthcare providers, supporting compliance across external accountsA strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and quality frameworksExperience managing audits, risk, and CAPA processesExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical capabilityThe ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetWhat’s on Offer
