Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager based in Central Kentucky to join a large supply chain organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards, particularly in relation to international suppliers importing to the U.S. The Compliance Project Manager will work closely with the internal legal compliance team to document and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include ensuring the organization remains compliant with changing customs and tariff regulations within the supplier management space. Once procedures are defined, this individual will coordinate the necessary internal resources to implement the required changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in legal or compliance functions related to international supply chains. Familiarity with sourcing from the Asia-Pacific region is a plus, though not required. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional onsite requirements in the Greater Lexington, KY area. This is a contract opportunity with a compensation range of $50-60/hr with possible flexibility for the right candidate.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of project management experience
Proven experience managing compliance-related projects
Familiarity with customs, tariffs, and supplier management
Ability to commute onsite to the Greater Lexington, KY area as needed Legal background null
