Perks: + Shift: Monday–Friday 8am - 5pm + Hybrid Location: Charlotte, NC, Orlando, FL,Houston, TX + Weekly paycheck + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This position involves providing expert guidance on U.S. Customs processes and supporting transactional activities for international trade. **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare and submit accurate clearance instructions to customs brokers while ensuring compliance with U.S. import laws and internal policies. + Manage import requirements involving FDA, EPA, AD/CVD, Sections 201/301/232, quotas, and Free Trade Agreements. + Monitor import shipments to ensure timely clearance and proactively resolve any issues. + Oversee export transactions by reviewing documentation, filing Electronic Export Information (EEI), and maintaining proper records. + Collaborate with customs brokers, internal departments, and suppliers to secure required information and maintain process consistency. **Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience. + Minimum 2 years of direct experience in U.S. import and export operations. + Proven expertise in preparing and processing import entries and export shipments. + Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariff classifications, General Rules of Interpretation, and brokerage procedures. + Advanced understanding of trade agreements (e.g., USMCA), duty minimization programs (e.g., U.S. Goods Returned), and valuation regulations. + High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus. **Preferred:** + Experience using SAP. + U.S. Customs Broker License. **Pay Details:** $31.03 to $34.48 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
