Citibank, N.A. seeks a Compliance Product Senior Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions. Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures. Develop internal strategies, procedures, and processes for Citi's Electronic Communications Program (ECP) for prevention of regulatory violations and compliance risk management. Support risk management framework development that maintains risk levels within firm's risk appetite and protects the franchise. Review materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements and address potential risks. Engage with product and function coverage teams to partner in developing and applying Compliance Risk Management program solutions that meet business and customer needs in a manner consistent with Citi program framework. Create, review, and update ECP-related trainings. Review ECP breach escalations to advise on ultimate severity levels of confirmed breaches. Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems. Review off-channel communications submitted for retention. Create compliance and risk management procedures specific to ECP. Maintain abreast of regulatory and policy changes to identify new key risk areas and propose mitigating solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Compliance Product Senior Analyst, Compliance Risk Management Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Quality Assurance, Senior Analyst, or related position involving coordinating, monitoring, and developing regulatory compliance procedures to mitigate risks for the global financial industry. 2 years of experience must include: Applying electronic communication policies, guidance, and strategies for business compliance; U.S. and global legal and regulatory compliance standards for electronic communication in financial services; Investigation and escalation of ECP breach; Reports generation using Microsoft Office solutions; Coordination with stakeholders for strategy implementation; Risk Identification and Management; Regulatory database and systems management; and Identifying breaches of internal policies and risks.
