This is a vital role, that will help ensure that supplier stock flows seamlessly through our warehouse and network—physically and systemically. You will be involved in tracking and auditing supplier deliveries, identifying discrepancies, and driving improvements that make a real impact. So that we have the right stock is in the right place at the right time, supporting M&S in delivering value to our customers!

The hours for this position are 06:00am to 18:00pm.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
Analyse management information to identify trends, spot issues, and make informed decisions that enhance the customer experience Apply Continuous Improvement tools and techniques to improve compliance accuracy, resolve root causes, and prevent reoccurrence of issues. Ensure both physical and system stock records are accurate, and actively seek opportunities to improve stock flow and reduce errors Track and audit inbound stock, identify discrepancies, and work with key partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively Act as a key point of contact for compliance-related queries, helping to maintain smooth and efficient operations across the siteWho you are

Confident in identifying issues and using systems and reports to improve accuracy and efficiency Comfortable working with data to make inform decisions, prioritise tasks, and meet tight timescales without compromising quality Highly organised with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with excellent interpersonal skills enjoys working as part of a team who is conscientious who remains calm, focused, and motivated when under pressure or working to tight timescales A solid understanding of warehouse operations and system processes, with a keen eye for detail and complianceWhat’s in it for you
