**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and operationally exceptional Senior Leader to support the transformation of the Compliance organization into an integrated risk management function. The Compliance PMO, will oversee multiple high-impact projects across GE Vernova’s businesses, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional risk leaders and the global compliance leadership team. The role will report to the Chief of Staff for Compliance and will be based in the United States (with a preference for Cambridge, MA).
**Job Description**
+ **Project Management:** Assist Chief of Staff for Compliance with the development & execution of strategic program roadmap for the compliance function – program manage & partner with program leaders to develop and execute ongoing transformation projects and help prioritize, gain efficiencies in deployment, and keep projects on track. Drive accountability and tracking of Compliance transformation priorities. Partner with compliance program leaders (including ABAC, Trade and Technology) to provide project management structure and support that will help accelerate outcomes for the function.
+ **LEAN Operating Model:**
+ Champion continuous improvement using LEAN principles across the Compliance function.
+ Develop and execute a vision to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies and build team capability.
+ Lead the implementation of LEAN tools and practices, including KPIs, Bowler charts and structured problem-solving techniques.
+ **Process:** Establish scalable processes to ensure easy access and sharing of information across team and assimilation of new joiners. Provide continuous improvement and development to meet increasing regulatory expectations and address business needs.
+ **Reporting:** Collaborate with Compliance Leadership to build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to track program health, identify emerging risks, and promote transparency and accountability across the organization.
+ **Operations:** Manage day to day operations of the compliance team including budget, team meetings, staff meetings, all hands etc.
+ **Flex Support** : Serve as surge resource to address high priority activities within the compliance function. For example: Assist businesses with remediation of audits and investigation findings.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with adjacent functions (e.g., internal audit, EHS, Cyber) to align resources and accelerate our integrated risk management vision faster, and more cost effectively.
+ **Executive Communication & Buy in:** Provide clear, actionable recommendations, aligned to the strategic risk profile of the Company in order to help secure funding for key initiatives.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ 7+ years of relevant experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, HR Operations, or a related field.
+ 5+ years project and change management leadership — from strategy through execution — across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
+ Proven experience partnering with compliance, legal, audit or similar organizations to address risk.
+ Proven ability to develop project charters, project plans, status reports, scorecards and risk/issues logs and maintaining project artifacts.
+ Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and building enterprise-wide capabilities for improved risk management.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
+ Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global environment, set priorities and drive tasks and projects to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Relevant industry certifications (PMP, ISO 27001 etc.)
+ Pragmatic, action oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with orientation toward process improvement
+ Proficiency in applying the LEAN Operating model to a G&A function
+ Competent in standard Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
+ Deep domain knowledge in key compliance risk areas (e.g., the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, turnkey projects, third parties, public procurement, competition law)
+ Solid judgment, clear thinker and business sense
+ Ability to create an environment of continual learning, and to change the way the compliance is working to be simpler and more adaptive.
+ Ability to work horizontally to deliver outcomes.

**_The base pay range for this position is $176,300.00 - 290,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
