Key Responsibilities: * Wage Compliance: Monitor payrolls to ensure laborers and mechanics on federally funded projects are paid according to Department of Labor wage determinations * Payroll Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate certified payroll reports; Maintain detailed records of wage rates, classifications, and fringe benefits * Audit & Documentation Support: Organize payroll records and provide documentation during audits or compliance reviews * Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure understanding and adherence to wage laws * Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on changes to contractor wage compliance under federal mandates and benefit requirements; implement updates to internal processes as needed
