Responsibilities La oportunidad This role leads the Compliance & Ethics funcion for SOCO business (~3,668 employees), being responsible for implementing all aspects of PepsiCo’s global compliance program, including: (1) overseeing a Speak Up docket and ensuring proper investigation and remediation of all issues (~145 cases in 2024, ~47 in 2025), particularly PSVs (4 in 2024) delivering ethics and ABAC training to key stakeholders and functions in SOCO; (2) supporting a strong tone at the top by promoting and coordinating senior leadership messaging; (3) maintaining the effectiveness of the Third Party Due Diligence program across SOCO; (4) supporting a robust control environment, including leading SOCO’s Control Environment Council and providing all C&E information required for each quarter close; (5) participating in annual risk assessments for SOCO (6) identifying and working to remediate compliance risks to SOCO’s businesses identified through various avenues (e.g., Speak Up, internal risk assessments, corporate audits, etc.); (8) overseeing and evaluating the Conflicts of Interest disclosures in SOCO ( ~88 cases in 2024 and ~11 YTD 2025). Tu impacto • Implement all aspects of PepsiCo’s Global Compliance and Ethics program across SOCO. This will include supporting a robust C&E environment in SOCO including the following elements: Leadership (commitment from senior management) and Oversight; Training and Communication; Standards and Controls; Risk Assessments; and Issue Reporting, Investigation and Response [impacts all of SOCO business, involves making decisions, executing actions, influencing senior management] • Provide practical, effective anti-bribery and other Compliance training and communications to guide leadership and its employees in making day-to-day decisions consistent with PepsiCo’s Code of Conduct, the law and all applicable PepsiCo policies. Prepare all training materials needed for such trainings. [impacts all of SOCO business] • Execute strategic aspects of the Third Party Anti-bribery Due Diligence program, e.g., actioning red flags, partnering with Due Diligence Risk Committee to determine outcome, etc. [impacts region leadership team, Legal and Control functions] • Investigating potential significant violations of the Code of Conduct, collaborating and advising with co-investigators, reviewing all closing reports to ensure adequacy and thoroughness of investigations, and guaranteeing effective operation of Speak Up program ( [impacts Legal, Control, HR] • Escalation, reporting and resolution of all PSV investigations (which include issues related to government and commercial bribery, fraud and theft with a substantial financial impact, accounting irregularities, as well as legal, Code of Conduct and Values violations by PepsiCo executives.) [impacts Legal, Control, HR, involves making decisions, executing actions, influencing senior management] • Track and audit all investigation and enforcement decisions resulting from substantiated PSV violations of the Code of Conduct within the Region to ensure that recommended discipline, remediation and other outcomes are implemented. • Training and certification of investigators (HR generalists, Managers and Coordinators Corporate Security) by delivering specialized courses in investigations and methodology of the Speak Up program. Provide advice and coaching to other functions handling Speak Up investigations [impacts Corporate Security, HR, Control, Legal] • Support Latin America’s Sr Director and Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer, and other Compliance & Ethics personnel in different projects, tasks and matters as required.
