As a Compliance Officer - Marketing, you'll work hand‑in‑hand with the marketing team to ensure our social media, seminars and custom content are both compliant and compelling, You'll work with the Sr. Compliance officer to support the firm's marketing team as new ideas, channels, and programs take shape. You'll also have the opportunity to design and lead training for our Financial Advisors and their practice teams on the compliant use of marketing tools, becoming a trusted partner who helps the organization communicate confidently and responsibly. You'll bring a solid understanding of CIRO rules, strong judgment, and experience reviewing social media, custom content, and advisor‑led marketing. This role calls for someone who's organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing detail‑oriented review work with bigger‑picture problem‑solving. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, as you'll regularly guide both marketing partners and field teams. A background in financial services with a dealer member is required, and credentials such as CSC, CPH, or CIRO RR/IR training are considered an asset. Bilingualism in French and English is a bonus.
