Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Compliance Officer (Head of Compliance and Risk Management Service) (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Knowledge necessary for fulfillment of job duties (not more than 7-10 knowledge):                    
1) legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating production and economic activities of the Partnership
2) internal documents regulating the activities of the Partnership, which the employee is guided by on the issues of the work performed
3) basic principles of compliance, anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, global industry trends
4) international practices and standards in the field of compliance (including anti-corruption), terrorism, international sanctions, international sanctions, etc.        
1) legal, compliance, risk management skills
2) skills in developing internal corporate documents, standards, policies and procedures on compliance and ethics
3) skills in implementing compliance function and developing compliance culture
4) strategic thinking and vision
5) ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge;
6) high level of organization and time management, including resource allocation and coordination of tasks

1) Managing the work of the Service, including coordination of work, assignment of tasks and development of the personnel directly reporting to
2) Monitoring of external regulatory requirements and international best practices on issues of anti-corruption, development of corporate ethical values, risk management
3) Ensuring:
Development of the methodology of the compliance and risk management system;
Updating of internal policies, regulations and procedures of the Compliance and Risk Management System; Updating of internal policies, regulations and procedures of the Compliance and Risk Management System; Development of the methodology of the Compliance and Risk Management System; Updating of internal policies, regulations and procedures of the Compliance and Risk Management System; Updating of internal policies and procedures of the Compliance and Risk Management System.
