In this role, you’ll ensure that every step of the lease-up process aligns with program guidelines and compliance standards while helping moderate-income households find their new homes in one of NYC’s most dynamic neighborhoods. You’ll be responsible for reviewing files, coordinating with agency partners, and working cross-functionally to meet lease-up milestones with precision and integrity. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LITHC regulations and requirements Maintaining proper maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to HUD and LIHTC regulations Determining financial eligibility for all new admissions into the affordable program Processing new applicants Monitoring of waitlists, and EIV master binders for compliance with federal regulations and requirements Assist and review all 8823’s corrections and correspondence Monitoring of re-certification notification letters in compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations Perform training programs to educate and inform the site teams of requirements and responsibilities Remain familiar with HUD’s changing Federal Regulations as they relate to Affordable Housing programs Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 + Discretionary Bonus Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
