The Opportunity
As the Manager Ethics & Compliance (E&C) – Philippines, you will help embed PMI’s culture of integrity and responsible business. You will support the execution of the Ethics & Compliance Program, strengthen our Speak Up culture, provide guidance across the affiliate, and ensure employees understand and act according to PMI’s values and Principles & Practices.
You will collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams and report to the Head of Compliance (LCO) Indonesia & Philippines.
What You’ll Do
Training & Communication
Deliver effective compliance trainings in English and Filipino.Tailor global training materials to the local context.Maintain accurate training records and insights.Support compliance communication campaigns and leadership messaging.Speaking Up & Investigations
Act as a trusted contact for employees raising concerns.Conduct or support investigations aligned with PMI standards.Identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.Monitor post‑investigation actions and safeguard against retaliation.Conflicts of Interest
Promote awareness of COI requirements.Review disclosures and maintain documentation.Risk Management
Support the Integrated Risk Assessment process.Partner with business functions to identify risks and mitigation plans.Track action items and update leadership on progress.Planning & Reporting
Support execution of the Philippines E&C annual plan.Compile reports on training, investigations, risk status, and key updates.Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on compliance trends and emerging risks.Participate in trainings, conferences, and cross‑functional projects.Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, corporate governance, law, audit, or related fields.Compliance experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging at all levels.Proactive, self‑driven, and confident in stakeholder engagement.Analytical mindset with experience working with data.Native‑level Filipino with high fluency in English.Comfortable in hybrid/remote work environments and collaborating across geographies.What We Offer
