We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Manager like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Compliance Manager, you will contribute to the organization's mission and vision by planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures across HCA Physician Services. This position serves as an integral role in the department by creating executive-level presentations, conducting and managing internal reviews, performing detailed case analysis, and managing time sensitive projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining overall subject-matter and program expertise for all of Physician Services Ethics and Compliance. You will utilize advanced data analysis techniques and artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled tools to support efficient case management, risk identification, trend analysis, and continuous program improvement. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of healthcare compliance, data management, communication techniques, project management, AI- assisted analytics, and ambulatory care operations. You will ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to Ethics and Compliance development, implementation, and adherence across the HCA Physician Services Group, including potential operational impacts. Key responsibilities include preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leaders, performing complex compliance case reviews, and leveraging AI technologies to streamline workflow, enhance decision making, and improve program outcomes.
