We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Manager like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Compliance Manager, you will contribute to the organization's mission and vision by planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures across HCA Physician Services. This position serves as an integral role in the department by creating executive-level presentations, conducting and managing internal reviews, performing detailed case analysis, and managing time sensitive projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining overall subject-matter and program expertise for all of Physician Services Ethics and Compliance. You will utilize advanced data analysis techniques and artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled tools to support efficient case management, risk identification, trend analysis, and continuous program improvement. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of healthcare compliance, data management, communication techniques, project management, AI- assisted analytics, and ambulatory care operations. You will ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to Ethics and Compliance development, implementation, and adherence across the HCA Physician Services Group, including potential operational impacts. Key responsibilities include preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leaders, performing complex compliance case reviews, and leveraging AI technologies to streamline workflow, enhance decision making, and improve program outcomes. This position will maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all work matters, and fully comply with all legal and ethical obligations, the Company Code of Conduct, and the Code of Ethics for Healthcare Compliance Professionals adopted by the Health Care Compliance Association. **Job Responsibilities:** + Conduct complex case management for concerns reported to the Physician Services Ethics and Compliance Department, including detailed case analysis, issue triage, AI‑supported trend identification, and thorough documentation to ensure timely and accurate resolution. + Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled tools to support efficient case review, identify emerging risks or trends, and inform continuous improvement of compliance processes, while ensuring human review and decision-making accountability. + Develop and implement proactive strategies to integrate ethics and compliance changes, updates, and regulatory guidance into operational workflows across Physician Services. + Create, interpret, and provide guidance to Physician Services entities regarding division‑wide compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. + Develop monthly summaries, meeting materials, and Q&A documents for compliance calls, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational priorities. + Develop tools and resources to support compliance operations based on needs identified through communication channels (e.g., centralized mailbox, calls, review findings). + Prepare written responses and issue guidance using best practices, corporate resources, policies, regulatory research, and historical precedent. + Create, maintain, and refine the quarterly Department Dashboard for Group and Senior Executive leadership, incorporating insights backed by data, trend analysis, and AI‑supported forecasting when appropriate. + Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to senior leadership, translating complex compliance matters and analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations. + Compile and interpret key compliance statistics for Groups and Executive Leadership, including trending data, shifts in reporting patterns, opportunities for targeted education, and recognition of organizational performance. + Deliver clear, professional presentations to leadership, translating complex compliance issues and analytic findings into actionable insights. + Lead or materially contribute to time-sensitive projects requiring analytical rigor, regulatory interpretation, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree is required + 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance/healthcare experience is required + 1+ year(s) of experience in Physician Practice Management is preferred + Certified in Healthcare Compliance is preferred + Occasional travel – the job may require travel from time to time but not on a regular basis. **HCA Healthcare (Corporate)** , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
