THE OPPORTUNITY: Compliance Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our Operations team based in Jeneč.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring complex assurance and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001 standards.

You will act as the local representative for Global Safety, Risk and Security (GSRS) and own the district compliance training and the 5S program across Czech Republic and Slovakia.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

Lead and Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) as the Management Representative, recommending and implementing new procedures in line with IM policies and standards.Plan and Deliver internal and external audit processes. This includes leading internal audits to meet ISO and business requirements, and reporting all non-compliances to local executives and relevant functional leaders.Drive Compliance Trainings by managing content and distribution for induction and existing staff trainings related to important changes within implemented management systems.Own and Optimize the 5S program across the organization, including training, implementation, regular audits, and continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence.Represent and Coordinate the local Global Safety, Risk & Physical Security agenda. Facilitate communication between GSRS and local business, and implement global GSRS programs at a local level.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:
