Compliance Manager; Business Process Manager – JLL
What this job involves: The Compliance Manager; Business Process Manager is a pivotal role responsible for documenting and improving key business processes used to deliver MTS services. This position leads a team of support personnel that assists the operations team while playing a significant role in the invoicing process and designing optimal service delivery workflows. You will interact and influence all facets of the MTS business, driving process improvement, team leadership, process compliance, vendor management, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute directly to JLL's operational excellence and client satisfaction objectives.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead and manage the operations coordinators team supporting MTS operations, allocating duties to ensure flexible and scalable support organizationProcess weekly/biweekly timecard data for mobile engineers and manage MTS US SharePoint site administrationCoordinate work order preparation for monthly invoicing cycles, reviewing for cost accuracy and resolving exceptions with finance, operations, and MTS clientsDesign and document end-to-end scalable business processes and workflows, prioritizing improvements and managing implementation projects with MTS stakeholdersManage vendor relationships including Home Depot, Grainger, and JLL MarketPlace, leveraging MTS purchasing volume for preferred terms and rebatesProvide direction and management of MTS auditors, delivering regular monthly reports and special audit projectsSupport employee resources including tool kit orders, uniform orders, fleet insurance, registration support, and PCard transaction reviewsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field5+ years of relevant operations/business experience with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesExperience conducting business needs analysis sessions, workflow assessments, and creating business and functional requirements documentsPrior experience in invoicing and finance with strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis using formulasExperience in external customer/client facing environment with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationshipsProficiency with project management software, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS WordDemonstrated ability to understand complex technical environments and adapt to fast-paced, continually changing business environmentsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Corrigo/CMMS systemsPrior experience or knowledge of use case development and process mappingKnowledge of analysis techniques and tools including business and system process documentationStrategic analytical skills with ability to implement and deliver on strategic initiativesExperience negotiating complex risk scenarios and influencing organizational changeProven track record of working across departments to solve client issues and drive continuous improvementLocation: Remote
Work Shift: Standard business hours with flexibility to adapt when required to support national operations and key deadlines
Estimated compensation for this position:
100,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
