What you’ll do Act as VBG’s local champion for the anti-bribery & corruption (ABC) and competition law policiesSupport the design, development and day to day management of an effective risk-based compliance program and culture across the Vodafone Business Group entities (VBG). They will also need to build relationships with key stakeholders across Vodafone Group, VBG and the Vodafone Business (VB) local market footprint. Ensure implementation of controls set out in the ABC and competition law policies in VBG.Support the Senior Compliance Manager to:-implement the compliance programme more broadly, including coordination/ oversight of local champions for other policies;
-implement an effective and holistic risk-based culture of ethics and compliance, taking into account the needs of the business to ensure that compliance is seen as a business enabler;
-develop and maintain relationships with relevant business, compliance, risk and other stakeholders in the VB and wider Vodafone Group organisations, including the Vodafone Internet of Things and Automotive organisations;
-carry out self-testing, and coordinate gathering of implementation evidence and reporting to Group Compliance
-support improvements to the trust-by-design process in relation to planned new products & services;
-assess and adopt opportunities for increased use of technology to increase effectiveness and/or efficiency of the VBG compliance functionWho you are Experience of the implementation of compliance or risk management programs, preferably in a multi-national environment.Experience of managing policy champions or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of influencing stakeholder behaviour and delivering training.
Fluency in English.Familiarity with anti-bribery and/or competition law highly preferred but not essential.Experience of and/or demonstrated interest in tech and telco industries highly preferred but not essential.Experience in compliance, risk, assurance or similar.Not a perfect fit?
