Job Description
Join this non-profits Compliance team to support regulatory operations across risk management, licensing, and regulatory affairs. This role plays a key part in maintaining and administering our Compliance Management System (CMS), ensuring accurate data entry, document handling, and regulatory tracking. This person will be responsible for administering CMS tasks including data entry, document uploads, regulation input, and report generation. They will enter regulations into Origami CMS following provided formatting guidelines.
Handling sensitive and confidential information, including child incident data, medical conditions, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
They will support compliance efforts related to early childhood regulations, food permits, fire inspections, and other local/state mandates. They will collaborate with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the CMS.

Skills and Requirements
Experience reading and interpreting state and local regulations, including understanding distinctions between codes, guidance, and formal regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
Comfortable learning and navigating new systems and tools.
Prior experience with CMS platforms (Origami preferred) and report generation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with early childhood regulatory environments.
Experience in compliance, legal support, or regulatory affairs.
Strong organizational and communication skills. null
