Overview

The Compliance Director shall incorporate the Seven Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General Compliance Pillars. The Compliance Officer will assist, create, develop, and implement policies, protocols, training, audits, and other matters to reduce the vulnerability of fraud, waste, and abuse. The Compliance Director shall make regular reports regarding compliance matters to.

Responsibilities Conducts on site Auditing & Monitoring of Home Health Agencies across the countryConduct desk review or record reviews of Home Health Agencies across the countryProvides timely and relevant analysis and recommendations to operational leadership on all aspects of compliance issuesInvestigates Compliance MattersAssist in Implementing other components of the Company Compliance ProgramTriage Compliance MattersReviews complaints concerns or questions relative to compliance issues and provides consultative leadership and support to all entities as appropriateIdentifies, prioritizes, and documents Compliance training needs for employees, including the need for specialized Compliance training based on risk areas Remains current on industry regulations or accreditation standardsMonitors regulatory changes, HHS Guidelines, HHS Work Plans, and emerging industry trends to revise, enhance or further develop audit approach or training Qualifications RN licensure or Health Care bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferredFive years progressive experience in Home Health/Home Care, Health Care Operations, Quality Improvement, HealthCare Billing, Utilization Review, Compliance, or Internal Audit.  Ability to review and apply Healthcare regulationsAbility to review and apply contractual requirementsAbility to review and apply billing regulationsAbility to work independently in a remote siteAbility to travel 50 % of the time by plane or vehicleProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointPrefer Midwest to West home office locationAccess to major airport About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
