The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the data from the vending routes in VendSys. They will be responsible for producing data reporting to share with the Operations team to ensure key metrics remain in good standing. They must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills when dealing with associates and management. They must have the ability to exercise tact and courtesy when dealing with confidentiality issues per company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review the cash variance report and fix any errors in the reporting to include resetting machines with unrealistic meter readings. If a cc meter has rolled over, manually calculate and add in the cc sales. Do not check the reset box for this.
+ Check product counts in the machines with the largest product variance and correct if possible.
+ Review refund amounts and correct mistakes as needed.
+ Generate the KPI scorecard report and send out to management. Follow up as needed with questions and concerns.
+ Review credit card sales for large discrepancies due to bad meter readings and correct as needed.
+ Regularly run the missing bag report and follow up with the operations team to track down the missing bags and the cause for why they are missing. In some instances, this duty may be delegated to another person in the branch.
+ Assist with the training of the management team on how to dig into the issues.
+ Provide admin support in more detailed reporting as needed for further follow up of the main issues.
+ Address concerns about variances to local management. Provide analysis regarding possible causes and follow up needed to get it back in line.
Requirements:

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
+ Advanced experience in in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook
+ Proven ability to work independently
+ Strong organization and prioritization skills
+ Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
+ Ability to effectively exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential/proprietary information; Ability to observe strict confidentiality in all aspects of services provided.
+ Ability to anticipate needs, resourcefulness and responsiveness are essential
