**Adecco is looking for a** **Compliance Archive Replacement** **.** Position Type: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Location: New York NY 10019 Assignment Type: Temp to hire (6 months) Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $80.35 per hour **Requirements (What we’re looking for):** The **Portfolio, Programme and Project Office (PMO)** plays a critical role in enabling and assuring the optimal quality and governance of a portfolio of projects and/or programmes. This is achieved through the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of relevant frameworks, standards, and best practices. As part of the **Compliance Archive Replacement** initiative, the PMO will provide a decision-enabling and delivery support structure for all organizational change efforts. The role encompasses: + Enabling effective **Risk Management** + Overseeing **Benefit and Financial Management** + Supporting **Resource Management** + Conducting **Quality Assurance** + Leading **Programme Planning** and **Milestone Validation** The PMO ensures the availability and proper use of tools, processes, templates, and other resources to support the day-to-day activities of Programme and Project Managers.
