Responsibilities The Opportunity The Compliance Analyst supports the execution of core compliance processes, including the management of the Speak Up investigations, training coordination, and policy adherence, under general supervision. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help maintain ethical standards and policy compliance, while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Compliance & Ethics Program. Your Impact As Compliance and Ethics Analyst (Temporary role/Contractor) your responsibilities would consist of: Key Responsibilities: Case Management & Investigations 1. Manage the full lifecycle of routine LATAM compliance investigations, from intake to closure, ensuring timely updates in the C&E case management system. 2. Provide coaching and oversight to Speak Up investigators and ensure proper training and certification through tailored learning programs (e.g., e-learning, live sessions). 3. Maintain the Speak Up reporting structure and ensure all reports are appropriately investigated and resolved. Reporting & Analytics 1. Support the LATAM Compliance Officer and each of the OU Officers in developing the Control Environment Council materials every Q. 2. Analyze and report on trends related to Speak Up cases, conflicts of interest disclosures, and other compliance metrics. 3. Support trend analytics and data reporting for internal stakeholders and governing bodies. Training & Awareness 1. Coordinate and deliver compliance training sessions, including Code of Conduct and investigator training. 2. Develop and update training materials and presentations for various forums (e.g., Control Environmental Council, C&E briefings). 3. Ensure onboarding and ongoing education for employees and third parties on compliance policies and expectations. Program Support & Documentation 1. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including confidential reports, correspondence, and local policy. 2. Support the C&E Officer in monitoring and assessing local policies and procedures. 3. Manage communications and workload continuity during holiday periods in coordination with the global C&E team. Third-Party Due Diligence & Remediation 1. Oversee the platform and processes related to third-party due diligence where applicable. 2. Track and support remediation efforts required by PSVs and assessments. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
