We are looking for a skilled Compliance & Certification Engineer to join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. In this role you will play an important part in our compliance and ceritication process ensuring that products, systems, and processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, focusing on safety, quality, and legal compliance. Your job will be vital in maintainig theintegrity of products and processes.
You will become part of a local team, but have global interactions and will also contribute to other tasks as part of our dynamic and collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Support product certification processes in collaboration with external laboratories and notified bodies (e.g. Intertek, CSA, UL). Prepare and maintain EU Declarations of Conformity and other regulatory documentation (REACH, RoHS, CE marking). Ensure compliance of electronic devices with EU (LVD, EMC, RED, CRA, AIR, Ecodesign) and worldwide requirements. Support testing activities for electrical/electronic products in the areas of safety (LVD), EMC, and radio (RED). Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate requirements into product design guidelines
You will also:
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development and specifications. Review and interpret test reports, certification requirements, and regulatory updates. Prepare detailed product specifications and compliance-related technical documentation. Support risk analysis (DFMEA) and contribute to mitigation strategies. Provide input to production processes, focusing on compliance, quality, and sustainability. What We're Looking ForDegree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical discipline. Hands-on experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and testing of devices. Familiarity with production processes for electronic equipment and quality management systems. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for electronic products, especially LVD, EMC, RED, CRA, AIR, Ecodesign, REACH, RoHS. Experience in testing products in accredited labs or internal validation environments.
You also bring:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and standards. Strong skills in preparing specifications, declarations, and compliance documentation. Analytical mindset with structured approach to risk assessment (DFMEA). Strong communication skills, fluency in English (spoken & written) for international collaboration. Knowledge of global certification frameworks is highly desirable, including: UL, CSA, FCC, UKCA, CCC, EAC, CB Scheme, RCM, INMETRO.
