Compliance Analyst (Restricted Party Screening)

Our client, an aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support their team in response to increased workflow demands. This role is heavily focused on screening and involves a high volume of repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Location: Hawthorne, CA 90250 (Parking provided). Ideally, on-site 5 days per week; however, remote candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone will also be considered.Start: ASAPDuration: ongoingHours: 40 hours per weekPay: $35-$40/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sanctions compliance and risk managementFamiliarity with U.S. sanctions and export control regulationsExperience working with screening platforms (Dow Jones Risk and Compliance, World Check)Experience collaborating with team members of all levels, and cross-functional partnersStrong analytical skills and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

Adjudication of restricted party screening escalations for customer accountsConduct open-source research and adverse media checks for customer accountsReview and respond to customer escalations to clear matches on global sanctions listsSupport the Global Trade Compliance team on performing enhanced diligence reviews across company programsWork cross-functionally with company business teams to ensure compliance with sanctions screening programsAssist in enhancing company's end-to-end sanctions compliance program
