Job Description:
Role Summary: The IWMS Renewals analyst role plays an important part of sales results for the Sales Operations and Planning organization. This role will be part of the Sales Operations & Planning Team within the Tech Advisory & Sales organization. This role will report into the Contract Management manager. The IWMS Renewals analyst will be responsible for executing renewal standard procedures with key business partners (account owners, legal, IDMs, customers, etc.) as defined in the renewal standard operating procedures (SOPs), working with key stakeholders to update & maintain the SOPs, auditing renewal activities to ensure compliance & fix issues and providing renewal reporting and business analysis. The role will also be involved in driving improvement across broader contract and legal-related processes to simplify the sales process.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
A critical element of the Client Growth and Tech Sales organization is ensuring a high win rate across IWMS (and other 3rd party offerings) renewal opportunities for clients. These renewals represent ~$60M in annual bookings per year. The Renewals Analyst plays a key role in executing renewal opportunities and ensuring future renewals are entered properly in the CRM system. The key areas of responsibility for this role include:
Execute Renewal Standard Operating Procedures
Proactive track upcoming renewals90 days before existing renewal opportunity close date begin to work with opportunity owner to prepare for renewalSupport contract and SOW updates for renewalDrive activities required to complete renewal with key stakeholders including – seller, IDMs, legal, client, etc.As new opportunities are won, clone future renewal opportunities in CRM system to ensure accurate pipelineUpdate, refine and improve Renewal Standard Operating Procedures
Proactively work with key stakeholders to improve renewal SOPs where neededExecute communication and change management processes when SOPs are updatedMaintain renewal SOPs in formal deliverable available to all key stakeholdersWorking with Sales Enablement ensure the proper renewal information is included in seller trainingProvide renewal reporting and analysis
Create and maintain a standard set of renewal reportsCreate data for monthly renewal MBR including: renewal win rates, details on cloned opportunities, value of renewals closed/won by vertical, count of upcoming renewals by vertical, for high value/strategic renewals, etc.Conduct monthly/quarterly audits of key renewal activities to ID any process gaps and fix gapsSupport broader contract management and legal process improvement efforts
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.2 - 4 years experience with software/services renewal processes.Deep knowledge and expertise with Salesforce CRM. (Required)Advanced English required Ability to create & maintain clear, useful SOP process documents.Knowledge of 3rd party IWMS renewal process steps.Ability to build relationships and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholder groups.Willingness to help sellers with detailed steps to support their success in renewal opportunities.Strong business analysis and reporting skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.Project management experience is a plus.Location:
