Compliance Analyst

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex post-entry challenges and maintaining seamless processes that support our clients’ success. Your attention to detail and ability to manage priorities will help drive efficiency and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Performs functions for post-entry correction, including but not limited to:Correction of entry, auditing correction made to ensure accuracyCreation of revised entry packets and composition of reason for correctionFiling PSC in Cargowise, or Protest/520(d) in CBP ACE PortalManages post-entry correction queue, ensuring appropriate status and actions taken as necessaryCreate or provide reporting as required by clients

Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience working in Customs brokerage

Preferred Qualifications:Extensive Knowledge of U.S. Customs entry processes and partner government agency regulationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityAbility to strategically assess a situation and problem solve as neededAbility to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAbility to work and communicate across the networkHigh level of attention to detailStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem management skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsValues a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$45,300.00 - $95,600.00

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
