Job Description

Job Summary

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Program Office and Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) clients in the MSP and Sigma programs.  They provide reporting and audits to Program Offices regularly to Program obligations outlined in the Master Services Agreements.  Compliance Analysts are assigned multiple programs and must be able to support the programs in many different capacities.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyse supplier on-boarding documentation for contingent workforce to determine compliance with standardsManage and prepare audits and reportsMaintain and send quarterly program compliance summaries to Program OfficeProvide guidance and expert advice to Program office, suppliers, or other groups on how to resolve non-compliance issuesVerify that worker documentation on file for each program is accurate and compliantConduct onboarding, supplier, and program specific audits to ensure processes are compliant with standards

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (preferred)1-2 years of experience in compliance auditing and risk managementStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong documenting and reporting skillsFunctional computer/technical knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)Strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyAbility to successfully interact with Customer and supplier representatives
