Compliance Administrator
The Compliance Administrator will provide quality assurance support to the Quality Management System (QMS/ISO), as well as being responsible for helping ensure the company maintains compliance in all aspects of Federal Firearm Laws (FFL) as administered by the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) administration.

Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $21.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)• Create and update policies according to necessary compliance implementations or changes.
• Participate and/or conduct onsite audits of A&D logs, NFA items, etc.
• Conduct training on compliance issues across the company.
• Submit licenses for various firearm functions across the company.
• Maintain records needed for compliance with regulations.
• Assist manufacturing associates in all aspects of compliance regulations.
• Maintain and file-controlled documents.
Compliance Administrator Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of ISO systems.Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with and customer auditors.At least 2 years’ experience logging firearms and checking serial numbers is a plusMust be able to use Microsoft Office Suite and be able to quickly learn other software programs. Must be able to read, interpret, and teach firearms laws.Must have a basic knowledge of NFA paperwork, and state laws as it relates to firearmsMust be detail oriented.Must have strong grammatical skills while being able to communicate well both written and verbally.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
