Department OverviewSCM is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip and Impound division of Motorola Solutions. Job Description

SCM's Compliance Auditing department plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization's integrity and reputation. We perform comprehensive audits to identify risks, assess compliance effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in processes and controls.

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

Respond to client inquiries regarding licensing, insurance, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Analyze data from reports to monitor key compliance tasks and identify trends.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual questionnaires.

Coordinate effectively with caseworkers to ensure timely and compliant case resolutions.

Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with team members.

Managing and resolving a diverse range of cases, including complaints, incidents, issues, claims, compliance matters and legal items.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong analytical aptitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with caseworkers to ensure timely and compliant resolutions.

Basic RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in an Administrative role in repossession or financial institutions.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
