What will I be doing?

As a Senior Sales Manager, you would be responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responds to sales inquiries and proactively initiates new sales opportunitiesProspects, qualifies leads, and solicits potential clientsHosts and entertains clients, conducts site visits, and addresses client questionsDetermines pricing, prepares sales proposals, and negotiates contractsManages and services assigned accounts to ensure client satisfactionAnalyzes lost business to identify opportunities for improvementDevelops and executes sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goalsCollaborates with internal departments to ensure all contracted services are delivered as requested
