The delivery responsibility will cover managing the applications from Infrastructure to Application What you’ll do: * End to End Delivery of the contract * Project Planning, Estimation, Schedule & Delivery * Client Stakeholder Management * Customer Satisfaction * Identifications of risks and working out the mitigating action plan. * Issue Management & Resolution * Own the Project Deliverables & Client Commitments Provided * Financial Management (Revenue & Gross Profit) * Base Account Growth **Required technical and professional expertise** * 15+ years of experience in IT and Project Management * Of the 15+ years of experience, minimum of 7 - 10 years of having worked as technical team member / lead / architect with hands on experience. * Delivered IT Project in Custom / SAP Application Support & Management * Delivered Project / Supported project on Cloud (Any hyperscaler or private cloud) * Managing at least 2 different projects with a minimum 150+ team members for Indian Customer * Experience of managing engagement in Industrial Products (SAP) / Financial Services (Banking - Custom Application Delivery). * Agile Project Management Delivery Methodology * End to End Contract & Client Management. * Delivery from Multi Location **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Certification as Solution Architect in one of the hyper scaler * PMP Certification * Experience of working new technologies (Containers, NOSQL DB, Digital Projects, Analytics etc.,) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
