Complex Pastry Chef

**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting associate, guest, and owner expectations. The Complex Pastry Chef serves as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, ensuring they support the overall success of all outlets and events at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and THE BARAI HUA HIN - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. This role is accountable for upholding hotel standards and achieving established financial objectives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ideally with a Culinary degree or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialisation.
+ Minimum 2-3 years work experience as Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef in a hotel or in luxury international brands.
+ Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standards.
+ Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
