Concord Hospitality is seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Strategy to support the optimization of hotel performance across our portfolio. This strategic leadership role partners with Sales, eCommerce, and property teams to develop and execute revenue strategies that drive market share, profitability, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly sales strategy meetings using brand and Concord revenue systems (e.g., One Yield, MRDW, MarRFP, Marsha, MarketVision, Hotelligence, OnQ R&I)
Monitor segment-level performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue in challenged hotels
Develop and train a cross-functional analyst team across multiple brand systems
Conduct weekly 1:1s with analysts to review focus hotel strategies and individual development plans
Ensure group and transient pace reports are integral to each hotel’s revenue process
Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% variance and provide training as needed
Execute displacement analyses for long-term programs to ensure optimal revenue decisions
Support package creation and seasonal promotions with community partnerships and value-driven offers
Align hotel performance strategy with Regional Sales and eCommerce teams
Oversee brand RFP processes to ensure pricing and account strategy align with production trends
Analyze STR reports and prepare documentation for underperforming hotels
Ensure PMS data integrity related to segment tracking and package setup
Contribute to marketing plan development and monitor strategy alignment with market trends and demand
Maintain records and content updates on the Concord Intranet (Sales page and special event calendars)
Travel approximately 10% for property visits and strategy support
Qualifications:
Strong background in revenue management across multiple brands and systems
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing analyst teams
Deep understanding of pricing strategy, market analysis, and segment performance
Proficiency in forecasting tools, STR reporting, PMS platforms, and revenue software
knowledge of Hyatt Systems PrO.Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments and levels

Pay Range: $112,000 - $141,000
