Completions Specialist - CCMS Administrator

Job Advertisement – CCMS Administrator (Site-Based)

We are seeking an experienced CCMS Administrator to join our site-based project team. In this key role, you will support the successful start-up of projects and facility operations by managing and implementing the Hexagon Smart Completions system.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the Completions Management System (CCMS), including population with systemisation structure, asset tags, inspection check sheets, and reference documents.

Support commissioning and completions processes, including walkdowns, ITPs, FICs, and handover documentation.

Provide training and support to project personnel on SmartCompletions.

Generate progress reports and manage punch lists, NCRs, and MOC workflows.

Ensure digital record quality and facilitate CCC handover to the client.

About You:

10+ years’ experience in commissioning/completions, preferably in materials handling or mineral sands.

Proficient in Hexagon SmartCompletions.

Strong site execution background with a focus on safety leadership.

Proven ability to track project progress and provide clear reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

Passionate about continuous improvement and team development.
