The Opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Completions Lead to join our Energy and Utilities business in New South Wales. This role will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of practical completion and defect artefacts in accordance with practical completions delivery programme.

What we are looking for 

Prior experience in practical completion delivery is desirableProven experience in the preparation of as built and artefact requirementsExcellent working knowledge of defects management and Share PointWorking knowledge of telecommunications cabling standards and regulationsGreat communication skills to keeps team informed of deadlinesProven ability to prioritise tasks must meet tight deadlines and cope with concurrent ad-hoc requestsExcellent coordination skills to enable successful collation of quality on time artefactsNegotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomesBuilds and maintains effective relationships with both internal and external clients, subcontractors & stakeholdersDeveloped analytical and planning/prioritisation skillsWorks effectively in teams to identify and improve processesCustomer oriented focus with drive to achieve service-based outcomesExcellent communication skills, written and oral - able to present information to a range of audiences and resolve conflictFlexible working environmentOpportunity for career growth with structured frameworks and supportive-inclusive team Competitive Salary and Employee Benefits Valued and respected position, with supportive and experienced teamWork for a major ASX-listed company
