Our client, a leader in the laboratory and logistics industry, is seeking a Complaint Investigations Tech to join their team. As a Complaint Investigations Tech, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting quality assurance and timely complaint investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Complaint Investigations Tech
**Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite)**
**Pay Range:** $25 -$28/hr on w2
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse (forklift certification training will be provided).
+ Unpack shipments and transport contents to designated storage areas, lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or a warehouse database system.
+ Ensure a clean and organized work environment by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
+ Complete and submit reports by entering required data into Excel and/or Word documents.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
