Your work will support CMS by consistently and accurately addressing stakeholder complaints and disputes related to the Program. Our work depends on a Complaint Analyst II joining our team to support the CMS mission to conduct intake, analysis and resolution tracking of complaints related to the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.
HOW A COMPLAINT ANALYST II ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Reviews complaint and dispute data, categorizes issues, prioritizes cases based on severity, and ensures accurate documentation of each complaint’s lifecycle.Works closely with cross-functional teams to capture data necessary for analysis of complaints, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.Collaborate with senior team members on referrals to the investigative team.Uses critical thinking to understand program rules and make informed decisions related to disposition and adjudication of complaints.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA and CMS data protection requirementsRequired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of healthcare experience is required.Proficiency using Microsoft Office product suite.Desired Skills:
Effective oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of federal healthcare regulations and experience evaluating healthcare data including prescription drug claims
