Complaint Analyst

Description

The complaint Analyst 1 – Complaint evaluator is responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from call log, qualtrics and other post-market systems as necessary and make a complaint determination.

Authority & Responsibilities:

Review call log entries from the previous day and assess if the information entered into the call log meets the definition of an alleged complaintOpen complaint records within the complaint management system based on the review of data entered into the call log by customer experienceTrain customer experience on the process of entering data into the call log so that a correct complaint determination can be madeSupport and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as neededParticipate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as deemed necessary by management

Associate degree or higherBasic knowledge of computersBasic knowledge of microsoft suiteFast Typing skillsAttention to detailsGood command of EnglishKnowledge on medical device complaints receiving is preferable2-5 years of data entry experience is preferredKnowledge of medical device complaintsStrong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesWillingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
