Compensation Reporting Analyst - Local to Boston, MA

Our client, a growing organization in the investment/financial services space, is seeking a Compensation Reporting Analyst to support their year-end planning process. This role will focus on building and streamlining reporting tools for leadership to review and model compensation data such as raises, bonuses, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools for management review.Create summary reports for executive decision-making.Extract and analyze data from internal systems to support reporting needs.Reconstruct or improve upon prior reporting formats to meet current requirements.Ensure accuracy and usability of reports while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications
