Compensation Cycle Execution • Maintain Oracle compensation planning tool • Prepare and deliver training materials for compensation cycle. • Track compensation budgets/prepare roll-up summaries • Support communication efforts during the compensation cycle. • Ensure accurate payout of all compensation awards. Performance Management Support • Develop Power BI tools to facilitate performance • Assist in translating performance ratings into compensation outcomes. Year-End Awards Planning • Facilitate the nominations collection process and curate submissions for leadership review. • Coordinate event planning for the awards ceremony Talent Acquisition Partnership • Collaborate with TA team to support recruiting efforts. • Partner on offer development to ensure alignment with compensation strategy and market data.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
