Compensation & Employee Lifecycle Associate 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose: 

You will be responsible to provide front line support to business units in all Compensation & Employee Services related aspects, mainly focusing on onboarding/offboarding, salary management, employee lifecycle documentation and employee services. You will also be responsible for supporting Rewards & Organizational Design Team in preparation of budget data, employee data, records & reports within the range of area. 

 

 

This position will be based in İzmir, Torbali and will be reporting to Rewards & Organizational Design Manager. 

 

What will you do – Responsibilities 

Support the R&OD Team with salary management through data preparation, analysis, and reporting. Assist in administering compensation and recognition programs. Handle employment letters, contract amendments, and related documents. 

Create reports and presentations on reward metrics.  

Support data analysis to aid P&C decision-making. 

Support employees by resolving issues related to P&C policy and program inquiries. 

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and processing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions for the function, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 

Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property. 

Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience. 

Support and participate in P&C initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. 

Assist in the development and implementation of programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture. 

 

 

What are we looking for – Requirements: 

Min. 3 yrs of experience in P&C 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Advanced level of written & spoken English is a must 

PC literacy (MS Office), excellent knowledge of SAP, analyzing and reporting software (i.e Power BI) knowledge will be an asset.
