Description We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee various aspects of employee benefits and compensation programs. This role involves ensuring accurate data management, analyzing benefits plans, and providing solutions to support employee needs. Responsibilities: • Manage the employee benefits inbox, addressing inquiries and requests promptly. • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with benefits records. • Generate and analyze reports related to compensation and benefits programs. • Oversee employee eligibility for benefits and verify necessary documentation. • Collaborate with team members to resolve benefits-related issues and provide effective solutions. • Monitor compliance with regulations, including FMLA, and address policy concerns. • Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with related tasks. • Research and implement updates to benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and value. • Support the development of compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in benefits functions, including coordination and analysis. • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and practices. • Familiarity with FMLA regulations and other relevant policies. • Proficiency in managing data systems and generating detailed reports. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions. • Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and team members. • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple tasks.
